SOLOS WARZONE TOURNAMENT
TEAM CHECK IN

Please read below then submit your check in.

You have exactly 3 and a half hours from your scheduled start time to post your scores even a minute late will result in a DQ. All pc players must stream. If entire team is on console, at least one player must stream. Streams must be live and include all video and all audio including team coms. You also need to play with Crossplay enabled and there must be the correct number of team members for the tournament you are playing in.

Duos = 2, Trios = 3, and Quads = 4 Team Members

CHOOSE THE CORRECT DIVISION TAB BEFORE YOU FILL IN THE FORM
If you check in under the wrong division or with an incorrect team name, your scores will not be posted.
