Why choose CRUCIBLE GAMING over ZLEAGUE or both.
First and foremost ZLeague provides a great product with clear features and benefits for both the players and site management.
Registration is clean and easy.
You don’t have to stream.
Only 10-20 teams per division.
No need to check in.
No need to report scores.
These are all great features but they don’t address the biggest issues we face with Warzone Tournaments. That’s right, CHEATERS! The one thing ZLeague has yet to address is cheating. Their ease of play actually brings more out of the wood work. So here is a quick overview of both tournament hosts and you can decide from there if you want to add CRUCIBLE to your tournament plans. You see, here at Crucible we’re all about competition hence the creation of our play on the hour every hour anytime that works best for you and your crew. There is no reason why you can’t play on Saturday morning in our Quads with bigger payouts, and then play in the ZLeague Afternoon Duos.
#1 on Cheating Zleague or CrucibleGMG
We all know how bad hackers can ruin a great game, snapping head shots left and right, following you through walls, hell even shooting you through walls. This is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to Warzone Tournaments. This, above all else, is where Crucible Gaming stands light years ahead of ZLeague. Sure their registration is easy, they don’t have a ton of rules to follow and you don’t have to stream. All of this is great and makes their job extremely easy but what does that mean for you?
No Streaming: This means they can’t verify if a PC competitor was using wall hacks or a console player used Cronus Zen adding zero recoil and increased aim assist. Again this is great for you cause it is one less step but in the long run there is a huge gap for cheaters to exploit.
No Geo Location or Restricted Servers: This means they can’t verify what server they are connecting to. This doesn’t seem like much but connecting to a Dubai Server during tournament hours is guaranteeing bot lobbies.
No Restrictions on Lobby Manipulation: Did you know for as little as $5 a month a PC Host can almost guarantee at least 3 Bronze lobbies during tournament play. How about $200 one time and Console hosts can do the exact same thing. We know what they do and how they do it, this leads to over 20 teams being DQ’d and banned over any given weekend.
Using an Algorithm to find ALT/Smurfed accounts and reverse boosting: Algorithms are great don’t get me wrong but they are based on patterns and we all know there is no true pattern to our game play. It all comes down to the fact that in 5 seconds a 2.0 KD player can be playing on a 1.1 KD account and all they have to do is be consistent and the algorithm is broke. A computer program has not played the game, all it has is parameters and once they find them, cheaters will exploit it. This takes good old fashion hands on detective work and ZLeague is just not built for it.
DAILY WARZONE TOURNAMENTS!
ZLeague is the winner when it comes to Registration, Check In and Reporting Scores
ZLeague definitely has the advantage here. It’s very easy to register you don’t have to check in and scores are reported automatically. Crucibles registration is just as easy but because we allow you to play any hour that fits you and your squads schedule we require your team to check in. As far as reporting scores goes, ZLeague uses a third party API to get live scores. This third party access lends itself to massive issues as they are dependent on a service they have no control over to collect scores. Any outages will cripple their system and has shut down full tournaments in the past. We are in the process of applying for direct access to the Activision API but until we are approved we will not be relying on third party access to run our tournaments.

How Does Zleague Stack up in Divisions and Payouts
Crucible has the slight edge here simply for the fact we offer progressive payouts. That’s right the more teams that play in your division the more money is up for grabs, over $80K every week to be exact. Yes ZLeague limits divisions to anywhere between 10 and 20 Teams this is nice and limits the number of teams you compete against but it also limits your potential winnings. On top of that there are no specific divisions, so basically you just sign up and play against a team matched to you by an algorithm. Again they are great but cheaters will figure them out and use Alt accounts to break them. We offer clear guide lines including individual KD cap limits to set our divisions. This let’s you as the player understand exactly who you are competing against and gives you the fairest and most competitive divisions.
So Which One CRUCIBLE GAMING or Z LEAGUE ?
For us, and why we created Crucible Gaming, it comes down to two things. If your looking to play for more money and on the fairest playing field all with getting the best customer service in the industry you need to think about adding Crucible to your tournament plans. There are a lot of tournament sites to play in and ZLeague is definitely in the top 3. But what set’s us apart is our un wavering determination to catch cheaters and our top notch customer service. As always you can join our discord if you have any questions we are there from 7PM PST to 12PM PST 7 days a week. Stop on by join the FAM and see what we are all about.
